As small business owners it can be tough to keep our heads up and persevere when we're going it alone. The purpose of this one hour class is to teach you tools to improve your experience of your business. This class is taught using three of the niyamas from yoga: tapas (work), svadhyaya (study), and ishvarapranidhana (surrender); no prior knowledge of these niyamas is expected.
As a result of this class you will be able to:
- Describe at least 3 methods to enhance the “disciplined use of your energy” (tapas) in your business
- Describe at least 3 methods to cultivate “intentionally finding self-awareness” (svadhyaya) in your business
- Describe at least one way you can “lay all your business actions at the feet of God” (ishvarapranidhana)
This class is perfect for solo entrepreneurs and owner operated businesses in fields such as mental health therapy, massage therapy, dance instruction, yoga teachers, and other similar fields.
